This document establishes the terms of use for 3D illustrations (hereinafter referred to as "Illustrations") provided by the Licensor — Kavertos-Chernenko Karina Pedrovna — through the website https://avistock.com/.

The License Terms are an integral part of the License Agreement (Offer). Acceptance occurs when placing an order on the Website.

If the Licensee does not agree with the terms — they must refrain from using the Illustrations and from accepting the Offer.

1. The Licensee acquires a non-exclusive license to use the Illustrations.
2. Licensing principles:
   • non-exclusive basis — the Licensor may sell Illustrations to other parties;
   • term of use — indefinite, or within the term specified upon file transfer;
   • transfer of rights to third parties is prohibited;
   • Illustrations may be used in any country;
   • use occurs after a one-time payment, without royalties.
3. Scope of property rights:
   • reproduction of the Illustration;
   • distribution for non-commercial purposes with mandatory attribution: source — avistock.com, author — Kavertos-Chernenko Karina Pedrovna, Illustration SKU;
   • public display (subject to compliance with terms).
4. Available license types:
   • Standard License (default);
   • Extended — only under a separate written agreement.

The Standard License allows using Illustrations in the following ways:

1. Use in digital form:
   • on websites, blogs, e-books, non-commercial presentations (with author and source attribution);
   • in email newsletters and electronic publications;
   • for editorial purposes (circulation up to 10,000 copies);
   • in corporate printed materials not intended for sale;
   • as interior decoration;
   • in non-commercial video clips and broadcasts;
   • in film screenings, theatrical productions, performances;
   • at exhibitions and public events;
   • on social media and video services — without commercial use;
   • in internet advertising and applications (except for use as standalone files);
   • for personal purposes, in blogs, and social media profiles.
2. Prohibited:
   • using Illustrations in advertising (except in applications);
   • use in outdoor advertising and on transport;
   • use on product packaging;
   • creating products for sale (digital and physical);
   • use in printed materials with a circulation exceeding 250,000 copies;
   • selling, transferring, or renting the original file;
   • making the file freely available or on stock platforms;
   • using as a logo or trademark;
   • use in contexts violating moral norms or the law;
   • use in spam;
   • decompiling or modifying the original file structure.
3. The Standard License applies only to individually purchased Illustrations.
4. The license takes effect automatically after purchase (acceptance of the Offer).

1. If there is any doubt about the legality of use — the Licensee must request clarification from the Licensor.
2. All Illustrations are protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation and international treaties.
3. Violation of the license terms entails liability under the law.

1. The Offer is valid as long as it is posted on the website. The License takes effect from the moment of acceptance.
2. The invalidity of some terms does not nullify the others.
3. Correspondence via email and messengers has legal force.
4. In all other respects, the parties follow the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. The Licensee confirms understanding of the terms before purchase.
6. The terms do not require signing and are valid in electronic form.
