PUBLIC OFFER
FOR THE CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE EXECUTION OF WORKS
This document constitutes an offer from the self-employed individual Kavertos-Chernenko Karina Pedrovna (Taxpayer ID 583691393510) to any individual or legal entity, including individual entrepreneurs, to conclude a contract for the execution of works under the terms stated below.
Before ordering and paying for the works, please carefully read the terms of this offer.
1. Key Terms and Definitions

- Contractor — The self-employed individual providing services in accordance with this offer.
- Customer — any person who concludes a contract for the execution of works with the Contractor.
- Works — design services, creation of graphic materials, and other works performed by the Contractor per the Customer's assignment.

- Contract — the contract for the execution of works concluded by acceptance of the offer.
2. General Provisions
- The Contract concluded under the terms of the Offer is legally binding and governs the relationship between the Parties.
- By ordering works, the Customer confirms that:
- a) They have fully familiarized themselves with the terms of the offer.
- b) Payment (full or partial) constitutes acceptance of the offer.
- c) In case of disagreement with the terms — they must refuse the order.
- d) The offer may be amended by the Contractor without notice.
- e) Additional agreements do not cancel the effect of the Offer.
3. Subject of the Contract
- The Contractor performs the works, and the Customer accepts and pays for them.
- Deadlines, cost, and other parameters are agreed upon when placing the order.
4. Procedure for Ordering Works
- An order is placed via the website form, messengers, email, or other contact methods indicated on the Website.
- The Contractor clarifies the order details if necessary.
- The Contractor prepares a Work Assignment and an invoice.
- The Customer reviews the documents and pays the invoice.
- In case of disagreement, the Parties conduct negotiations and make amendments.
- The moment of payment signifies acceptance of the offer and conclusion of the contract.
5. Procedure for Performing Works
- Works are performed within the agreed timeframe.
- The Contractor has the right to engage third parties.
- The Customer is obliged to accept the result within 5 business days or submit justified comments.
- The Contractor corrects deficiencies if they arose due to its fault.
- If there are no objections — the works are deemed completed.
- A certificate of completed works may be issued upon request.
6. Payment for Works
- The cost and payment procedure are indicated in the Work Assignment and invoice.
- Payment is made within 3 days.
- Payment is made via bank transfer.
7. Rights and Obligations of the Customer
- The Customer has the right to:
- terminate the contract subject to payment of the Contractor's actual expenses;
- monitor the work performance process without interfering in it.
- The Customer undertakes to:
- familiarize themselves with the terms of the offer;
- provide accurate information;
- pay for the works and accept the result;
- fulfill other obligations under the contract.
8. Rights and Obligations of the Contractor
- The Contractor is obliged to:
- perform works with quality and on time;
- correct deficiencies based on justified requirements;
- maintain confidentiality of personal data;
- provide consultations;
- The Contractor has the right to engage third parties and is responsible for their actions.
9. Warranties and Liability
- The Contractor is not responsible for the quality of the result if the Customer's data is incorrect.
- The Customer is liable for violation of the contract terms.
- Penalty for late payment is 0.1% per day.
- Penalty for the Contractor's delay is 0.1% per day.
- The Contractor is not liable for lost profits.
- Total liability is limited to the contract amount.
- The Parties are released from liability in case of force majeure.
10. Final Provisions
- The Contract is effective from the moment of payment.
- Disputes are resolved through pre-trial negotiations (30 days), then in court at the Contractor's location.
- The law of the Russian Federation applies.
- The invalidity of one provision does not affect the others.
- Contract materials and correspondence are confidential. The results of the works may be used by the Contractor in their portfolio.
- Notices and documents may be sent by email.
