CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

By this document, I (the User) give my consent to the self-employed individual Kaverdos-Chernenko Karina Pedrovna (Taxpayer ID: 583691393510) (hereinafter – the Operator) for processing my personal data on the Website: https://avistock.com/ (hereinafter – the Website) in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law "On Personal Data", for the purposes of using the Website's functionality, the Service, placing an order, and gaining access to copyrighted materials, achieving the goals, specified in the Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter also – the Policy), fulfilling obligations under concluded agreements, including, but not limited to, the agreement concluded by acceptance of the Public Offer, User Agreement, License.

1. I accept all terms of the Policy, available at: https://avistock.com/privacy-policy and give my consent to the Operator for processing, including automated (mixed method of personal data processing), of personal data in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data", including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (refreshing, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, dissemination, access), blocking, anonymization, deletion, destruction of personal data.
2. When filling out electronic forms (including order placement forms) and providing information to the Operator, I guarantee that my personal data and information are accurate and belong to me.
3. The consent to personal data processing is given knowingly and is unequivocal, and is also concluded, including, but not limited to, by accepting the Personal Data Processing Policy and/or concluding an agreement for access to the Service and the Website.
4. I am notified that I can withdraw this consent by providing the Operator with a statement in simple written form in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. I undertake to take measures to ensure the security and safety of personal data, including those necessary for using the Website (Service), for example, use antivirus software, ensure the information is inaccessible to third parties.
6. I undertake not to use others' personal data when filling out forms on the Website.
7. I give my consent to the processing of my personal data:

   • information specified in the order notes (if it contains personal data);

   7.1. Information necessary for fulfilling concluded agreements with the Operator also includes:

   • information sent via the feedback form, or when placing an order, or order request notes;
   • information provided when requesting information or technical support;
   • information provided for participation in contests, promotions, or surveys;
   • other information related to the User and specified in the order details, or transmitted through forms on the Website.
8. The purposes of personal data processing are:
   • fulfillment of obligations to the User, stipulated by the functions of the Website/Service, the Offer, the User Agreement, the License, and concluded agreements;
   • sending information, including promotional content, about promotions, events, and special offers from the Operator and its counterparties, receiving feedback, reviews, and recommendations from the User, conducting surveys for effective communication with the User;
   • informing the User via email;
   • concluding, executing, and terminating civil contracts;
   • providing the User with access to the Website services / copyrighted materials;
   • verifying the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User;
   • placing an order on the Website;
   • providing the User with effective client and technical support in case of access problems.
9. In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, I freely, by my own will, and in my own interest, express consent to the collection, analysis, processing, storage and use, updating, destruction of my personal data for purposes related to using the Website/Service, fulfilling the agreement (agreements), participation in promotional activities.
10. I give my full and unconditional consent to the use of my data to maintain contact with me by any means, for the purpose of informing about new products/services, notifying about ongoing promotions, events, discounts, their results, for conducting remote surveys to study opinions about products/services, sending newsletters, etc.
11. This consent is effective from the day of its acceptance (checking the box next to the document in the form filled out on the Website), including, but not limited to, from the day of accepting the Policy until the day of withdrawal in written form or the occurrence of the case of termination of personal data processing, according to the terms of the Policy.
